SSF1 doesn't have online nor is there netplay for it. So it's impossible to have a tournament for it atm and I doubt anyone would make offline locals for it.

SSF1 tournaments would be completely impossible, unfortunately. The camera being locked onto P1 basically gives P1 the match for free or at the very least a huge advantage
