His topic wasn't important. He did that to show "maturity" and help chances of becoming a mod. Which he didn't have in the first place. He's a f**. He's a noob any way. I can go all day here. _________________

Right right  What I meant to say was, and failed to because I such at formally correcting grammar, was, If you wanted them to check the topic/forum, "New users should check this [forum/topic] out before posting" is correct. Otherwise, "New users should check read these out rules before posting"
