Hey, I hope this doesn't break the rules, but here are some suggestions for some palette swaps for this game (all of them were made in Paint.Net, so I believe these can be fully recreated in Flash. I had a blast making these and i just found out how limited and fascinating is this game's method of making costumes.
Anyways, let's start:

1- Brown Kirby or Chocolate Kirby from Kirby Air Ride and Amazing Mirror.
2- Keeby/Yellow Kirby. Yup, it's possible to do it using Flash.
3- NES Kirby.
4- A mix of Shadow Kirby and Maskless Meta Knight.
Yoshi:

1-Based on a Yoob.
2-Based on Purple Yoshi.
3-Based on Black Yoshi.
Black Mage:

1- Not based on anything, just a cool "dark" costume.

Jigglypuff:

1- Based on Cleffa.
2- Based on the monochromatic Game Boy, mimicking another of Pikachu's colors.

3- Based on Galacta Knight, Sir Galahad and Kirby.
4- Based on his appearance in Super Star Ultra.
5- Based on Sir Arthur from the anime.

these colors don't seem to be using our system. inversion doesn't exist with hue filters, and i don't think most of these colors are within hue shift spectrum of the original sprites which would mean you would have to mess with saturation to recreate them. we'd end up with very different colors, or if we end up with the same colors there would be randomly different colored spots on the sprites. for example, here's the closest brown kirby (ignore the lines where the hats go on)

Exactly, I played with hues and saturations to get all these done. Also, I believe you can use the same system you used with Marth and his red costume to get some of these done, like the Keeby and Orange Mage ones. Btw, your version of Brown Kirby looks hamazing, way better than mine's. If you can't get the Shadow Kirby one, that's okay.
Anyways, thanks for answering.
Edit: Question:
If somebody decided to join the Dev team, with the sole purpose of making alternate costumes a-la Project M without modifying anything else from the game's content (roster, stages, etc) and only adding merely aesthetical costumes, would you let him join?
Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I think it's more fitting to ask here than in the FAQ

I made mine's with hues on Paint.net, but I guess Photoshop works too.
Edit: I made a Volume II of my own palette swaps. I have been working on these in secret almost immediatly after watching the Costumes Dev Blog. Hopefully this post becomes redundant if these costumes are already included in the game.
