Honestly, I think Fountain of Dreams is still plausible while including the other stages you mentioned. Just look at the buttload number of stages Mario has got from 0.9b to beta.

How can you bring up bad stages and not say 75M lol

Because we were talking about Great Cave Offensive and the Kirby franchise specifically?
