Date of new version?

I have been playing Super Smash Flash 2 since almost the beginning and it has went through so many amazing updates and changes. About when can we expect the new version to come out?

Rude.
And unlikely they will. I believe the fan game takedown occurred on Indie Jolt, where Crusade is and they did no get taken down.
Even if that is wrong here is two reasons why ssf2 will stay.
One; SSF2 has been in events Nintendo affiliated/sponsored without objection from Nintendo.
Two: Beta has largely moved away from the use of sprites from Nintendo games. It has become a very much unique fan art and music game. If anything, Nintendo would make McleodGaming take down ssf1 and all versions of ssf2 excluding Beta and maybe v09b.
