today I explained why "skramz" is a bad term and why anyone who uses it sincerely is a pretentious hipster dickface to a kid on the internet

I use the term for screamo that sounds like/is from the 90's and a lot of people in general think that screamo bands are metalcore bands, deathcore bands, post-hardcore bands, death metal bands, everything with any harsh vocals really so, in my eyes, helps shows the difference to those people

the term "skramz" is tongue in cheek and not meant to be used in a serious context so please don't, if you need to differentiate between 90s DIY stuff and say, alexisonfire, just say "first-wave screamo" or something that isn't silly and/or dickish

also protip most regular joe schmoes don't care about your cool hip trvepunx \m/ and trying to open their minds is a monumental waste of time

but this guy did care about what I was talking about

also I don't think new-age screamo is bad or anything, I'm not trying to be some superiorist here or something

My cousin loves screamo, listens to it constantly and was in a screamo band long enough to record and album and even he admits musically it's mostly pussy metal with someone screaming over the top of it.

i don't think he was in a real screamo band

Today I tried getting back into Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Bros. but that was a bad idea

the battles are too easy, there's a s*** of handholding, i don't give the tiniest f*** about the story, the blurry sprites felt like they were giving me a headache (but that might just be me) and i've been told how long the game is.

I don't like the game after six hours. I'm not going to like it after forty. I'm done.

also today I bought Hatsune Miku Project Diva F. for some reason, it's retail and digital in murrika but digital only in yurope. SEGA apparently didn't want to make me hide it in my bag
