Even with proper DI, Rest is a guaranteed hit at a very small % window. Any lower or higher, and it is avoidable. Fox completely gets screwed by that as he cant tech the Rollout and Puff gets the frame advantage If the other player gets the tech doe, you have a classic techchase for a possible Rest. Im currently working on a list for each character when thisnworks, but thats gonna take a while.

Double post omigosh Like promised, heres my list for the % for each character that Rollout -> Rest works on. I will add a note if a character can escape/counterattack as well. All of this was tested at the middle of 3DS- : ~65%. Has a very small frame window to escape/counterattack. : 80% and 100% can work (although a frame perfect Nair can stop it), but 90% seems to be guaranteed. Seems to be immune to this, but 80% might work. However, you can get a DSmash near the ledge if the Nair doesnt come out in that small frame window they have. 25-35% is possible, but you have to run up for the Rest, making this risky as well. Additionaly, Rest does not kill at those % unless its bad DI or a really small stage, so scratch that. Has a small frame advantage as well sadly. This begins working at 40%, however, it doesnt kill there yet. Kills not lower than 45% before the Rollout. Has the plus that Samus cant defend herself from that as all of her airials either are too slow or miss besides a frame perfect Nair. 60% and it kills, but its not guaranteed, any lower and it doesnt kill. A frame perfect Nair once again is possible. Guaranteed kill at 65%+, but not a guaranteed followup. Fox gets completey raped by that "combo". Works from 75-155% (160 with bad DI), hits the floor untechable and Puff has the frame advantage. Needless to say it also is a kill. Dont use that before 40% or Ness will survive. Is able to get a Nair between your attacks, but this is once again near frame perfect. Works from 40% best) to 45% (viable option). Any lower and the hitstun isnt high enough, any higher and the KB is too high gor a followup. As always, a frame perfect Nair is the best (and only) option. 45-55% is the window you can use that. Yet again, Nair in that small window and youre good. Similar to Pikachu, this doesnt kill before 40%. However, hitting the Rest is really tricky, simply because Peach falls at a really bad angle for Puff were neither Dash or Walk bring her into a good position if no DI is inputted. DI makes his actually more reliable. The biggest problem is that Peach can Float and Dair punish, so you will basically never be able to puff this off. Starts killing at 50% and ends being viable at 50% as well... Nair is fast enough in most cases and Dair can stall, not to mention Frame 1 Waft. Not viable in this MU. The rest (no pun intended) will follow later... Hope this helps!

Avoid boomerang at all costs.
Purin has better air game. Use it.
Don't get hit.

Your everything also outprioritizes Boomerang. If you see Link start the throwing animation and you're close enough to float over there, just stick your legs out and he'll get bopped.

-- New Discovery-- So anyway, Rest can be canceled upon touching the ground by a certain tech. https://gfycat.com/BlueDeepAmericanshorthairThe way it works is, after a few seconds of using uncharged rollout in the air, you go back to the normal aerial pose. In this time, if you don't jump or attack, and you use Rest, Pound (not really useful in this case), or Sing, it will cancel upon touching the ground, negating all endlag, such as Jigglypuff's sleeping animation after rest. Though, as you need the rollout to turn you back to normal, if you jump from the stage you will need to at least double jump: https://gfycat.com/DazzlingHardtofindArmednylonshrimp--Here's just some extra demonstration-- https://gfycat.com/CourteousSoreAnemone(Unfortunately I use Tap Jump so I can't cancel Sing if I still have jumps, but it sure looks exciting!) Not sure exactly how useful it could be right now. So like some people call it the Literest idk

Puff is not a ground-based character, and giving her the same grounded normals that a character like Mario or Yoshi has would be OP.
