What you are referring to is a game mechanic commonly called a "Reverse Hit" which was introduced in Smash 64 if Im not mistaken. Its quite useful for combos and/or getting the early kill into the nearby blastzone.

As an example, lets say you are playing Falcon against a Fox at the left edge of the stage, with ou being a little bit more to the left. Fox is at a pretty high percent (~100%), so a Knee could take him out if it sends him to the left. In this scenario however, aregular Knee would send him to the right and allow Fox to live. Instead of doing a normal Knee then, you have to space yourself in a way that you hit Fox's sprite as far to the right as possible (assuming you approach him from his left side). Now Fox should be flying to the left instead and be ultimately sent into the blastzome, due to the hitbox of the Knee connecting with Fox's right part (which usually sends anyone to the left). Due to the fact that you Kneed him to the left despite approaching from his left side, it is called a reverse hit.

This is kimda iffy to explain without pics (mobile bois), but thats the general gist of it. Now to wait for the obligatory call out because I did it all wrong

Hey, I play on the latest version of Super Smash Flash 2 and when I launch the game in the browser and outside the browser it gets stuck on the loading screen. The percentage never shows up the game isn't frozen it's just not loading. Please help I absolutely adore this game.

So I was using MegaMan and his block was so slow that I lost, and his bomb wasn't working I pressed it and all it did is beep, so is this bug on purpose or is it a glitch? Does MegaMan have to do the Tpose to use his shield? and why dose his rolling go far but he doesn't have his invulnerability roll at the end? when I press up to to get up on the ground instead of rolling up (Mind you Rolling up is useless) He gets up super slow. Like why isn't his roll good, is this on purpose? If there's a place I can ask these question somebody tell me where to post it.

Sometimes When I use an assist trophy and rapid-tap the attack button, I retain the item and can spawn multiple allies, resulting in many of one assistant. Needless to say, anytime this happens I win the match.
I have only encountered this in local group play and in challenge mode, namely in the "At Your Service" challenge.

I need help. I logged into online, then my game crashed! But that isn't even the worst part. Now whenever I load ssf2 The number before the % isn't there, and the game never loads! Is there anything that I can do to get it working again?

once i activated my acount the game stays on the loading screen FOREVER please fix this.

when i registered an acount then added smf2 to my game list i went back and it wont load up. itll just stay there like that the entire day. please fix this!
