I think it's excellent advice for learning MU's as well. I played Tails for a while to learn about the character, and now I feel much more comfortable with the matchup across all of my characters.

I'd use Tails if he had a winning MU against Zelda, Pika, Lloyd, or ZSS, as I feel I don't have a character that I like playing against them with.

There is a coding oversight that prevents Lloyd from using Up B again if he gets hit out of a cancel into an aerial.
