I'm Weather Report, a friend of Jolyne Cujoh's. I use my Stand, Weather Report, to manipulate weather. I have 2 abilities, but can't use my second one until night seven. My first ability allows me to form vapors that distort attacks, making me untargetable for the night. I have a limited number of uses on this and do not wish to announce that number. My second ability is unlocked on night seven when my Stand changes form into Heavy Weather. This ability needs to be activated twice successfully, and after that anybody that targets me will turn into a harmless snail. I also have a passive ability confirming the existence of Enrico Pucci in the game.

Enrico Pucci is a main antagonist, so it's safe to say he's mafia, and he's also not a vampire. His Stand is apparently something similar to God, since it can accelerate time and reset the universe.

I've had suspicions on KA throughout this game as well. Also, I would like to apologize for my lack of activity. I've not had the chance to use my laptop and I've been busy with family related issues. I also forgot that my 3DS has a web browser... .-. xD I should be able to use my laptop on Monday, so i'll have detailed reads by then
