Three and a half years from now the game will stop working because flash is dead by then. You need to try something else. Or maybe find something to convert flash to HTML/javascript.

After playing multiple stages, game beginss to lag more and more until unplayable.

Naruto has an infinite grab chain: I believe it is done by using the down throw and then using the neutral (in this case two punches, as the last hit deals knockback) to get the opponent up, and then repeating the throw and neutral.
EDIT: I tested it out and it seems to only work on certain characters (I was playing as Luffy when the person used it on me), as it didn't work on the bomberman test dummy.

2. Grab a friend and test on different characters with different DI and SDI. This is called "labbing." If it's a true infinite, by the end of the labbing session, you'll know.

I have a major bug:

sheik is able to meteor juggle with her standard attack when an opponent's damage goes over 150%
it happens with any opponent!

When you activate a party ball, it can drop even more party balls... and eventually, the item cap is reached.

You can chain-grab characters with DK's down throw (depends on the character)
