Good plan! Spyro's art style is so beautiful to this day I could f*** it gently. The first game for sure feels really dated in a few ways compared to the other two (camera being one of them iirc) but they're all classic so I'm glad you dig it dog

i remember downloading the ios port of rayman 2 for free once and it was one of the worst gaming experiences i have ever had but i can't say i felt particularly cheated

I mean I know it's not localized yet but I played the JP version at a friend's place and it was still great, and also by the time you've gone through all these other recommendations it may or may not be out to the Western world by then.
Or you know you could just play Pro Evolution Soccer 2017.

Yeah sorry my bad lol The first Rayman is fun to play from time to time too but boy oh boy is it unforgiving. It's a really difficult game imo. If you havent checked Rayman 2 out get Rayman Revolution for the PS2. It's the best Rayman 2 experience.

^2 was probs the best imo but 3's cool too and is definitely the easiest to get so yeah go for that one.
