it's in no real order i just realize that 9 times out of 10 when i want to listen to dance music lately i throw on either drexciya or something explicitly inspired by/related to drexciya. they definitely had the best chord progressions (and ethos - cool black power sci-fi stuff) of any of the legendary detroit acts

same with autechre i realized quaristice is basically just the well-tempered clavier of dance music and is infinitely fun to me

mine is basically the same as last time i posted it, except put Brother, Sister by mewithoutYou in first, SSTB in second, and bump Paramore's After Laughter waaaaaay up to maybe like 16th place. not enough changes to be worth doing the whole thing again imo
