Nerfing Link's grounded spin attack priority causes some funny stuff:

This has happened more than once and is pretty 'wtf' for me. Plz fix; it attack should just cancel. Right now attacking his sword damages him. Other than that, nerfing his grounded up b is fine. _________________ You have found the ultimate secret siggy! xD |

There's a problem with priority in general needing to be fixed. You can hit the tip of Chibi-Rob's plug on FSmash, and he can be sent flying like you his main body was hit.

Most aerials cancels boomerang, high priority ground attacks do too.
