Ah yes, that game by Wily World Cleod partook in creating...I do recall something about "having no MG representatives ingame (Blade/Blue cut, so yeah)", but since those three aren't exactly 100% MG...I see a very tiny chance of them being trophies or something like that, though not characters.

Honestly, only the Donkey Kong, Wario, and Fire Emblem series are likely to get second reps. I heard about Issac before I heard about Golden Sun, and adding any other characters from this series is doubtful. The others will probably not get reps cause the devs don't want to add to many 3rd parties, we already have 7(10 including 4th parties).

Anyways.... I speculate that Lloyd, Fox, Wario, and Peach will get resprites.

I don't think he'll get anymore reps, but if he does, I don't feel like Kratos would be chosen. Not because of popularity but because of movesets. Granted, I doubt the devs would make him a direct clone of Lloyd, but IMO, I feel like other characters from ToS would bring a better unique moveset pool than Kratos.

=Mega Man=

As much as people like Zero, I feel like he would be out of place to be Mega Man's secondary rep than Bass because in Zero's time, Mega Man is gone. Now I know I shouldn't bring up canon in a non-canon series, but this is just how I feel about it, IMO. Though this would only apply if Mega Man even gets a rep.

=Fire Emblem=

Last time I checked, FE:A came to the US in 2013. So unless devs really liked FE and went out of their way to get their hands on the Japan version of FE:A (which came out in 2012, the year the SSF2 roster was finalized), I don't think Robin or Lucina will appear in SSF2. (Heck, any newcomer (maybe excluding Lil' Mac) that was revealed in SSB4 I doubt will appear in SSF2 because it was announced after SSF2's roster was finalized.)

As of Roy or Ike, I'm rooting for Roy (mah boi), but will have to see if Marth get a 2nd rep, which seem likely though.

=Donkey Kong=

I'm pretty sure Diddy Kong's gonna get in. I don't see why not. However, I think he won't be an unlockable character as I feel like a 3rd DK rep may happen, IMO.

=Wario=

This is just a personal preference, but I'd rather have a different character than Waluigi as a Wario rep. That's all I have to say.

=Kingdom Hearts=

Same thing with Tales of Symphonia. (This applies to Roxas)

=Final Fantasy=

I feel like Cloud would be a character (as I seen the devs make sprites for him before but keep in mind, this was before the roster's finalization), but we will have to see about that in due time.

=Golden Sun=

I don't know too much about Golden Sun, but I don't feel like he's getting another rep, IMO.

Final Fantasy: White Mage(Mario Sports Version) She could use her celestial magic and borrow some specials from Rosalina&Luma lol

Sailor Moon: Sailor Moon because she would be perfect.

Mario: Rosalina & Luma, Bowser

What do you guys think about Muddy Mole getting SSF2? I think his burrowing mechanic could be relatively unique and could easily bring a new play style to Smash.

What if instead of asking, you start speculating by your own rather tha waiting for everyone's opinion? I'm pointing this out because you always seem to ask this kind of stuff as it's been confirmed rather than an speculation.

I'm only want to post here mostly because I want you guys to know some candidates that you guys might miss instead of speculating the same stuff in one time posts, it's fun discussing who could be the next newcomers the devs could potentially reveal later.
And after all, this is character speculation.

I was refering to the fact that you weren't speculating at all. You were asking for opinions about a character and then speculate 'im.
But yeah, I don't want to get off-topic so I will just speculate someone.
A 4th anime character: The ones I think are the most likely are:
-Luffy (because of the shonen 4 and his role in JUS)
-Sailor Moon (because she had plenty of games for the SNES)
-Agumon or another Digimon rep (because there were many Digimon games for the GBA)
-Edward Elric (because of FMA for GBA)
-Eren Jaeger (because of Shingeki no Kiojin for the 3DS)
(I could speculate a Neon Genesis Evangelio for the N64, but I'm aware that the series couldn't get a proper rep because it's a mecha anime)

In my opinion, I think a lot of retro and/or uncommonly known characters are going to get in, compared to SSB4's seemingly All-star cast. After all, the list was finalized in 2012. At the time, we didn't even know if they were even going to make the fourth. The list was probably based on the devs' wish lists of who they wanted in smash.

So yeah, I'm guessing the following have either been thought of already and are being implemented in the game as we speak, or have already been rejected. They're mostly main characters of each series, but yeah.

Ryu (Street Fighter Series)
(+(An actual fighter in his series.)
(+(A unique move set, in a sense.)
(-(Just a wee bit too similar to Capt. Falcon IMO)

Scorpion (Mortal Kombat Series)
(+(Like above, an actual fighter.)
(+(Once again, a unique and brutal move set.)
(-(Maybe not enough moves for a complete move set, requiring ad libs.)
(-(Too hardcore for a game like Smash, maybe?)

Ryu (Breath of Fire Series)
(+(Unique, in a sense that his moves would come from an RPG.)
(+(From a video game classic.)
(-(Not as famous as other classics.)
(-(Pretty limited source material.)

Simon Belmont (Castlevania Series)
(+(Unique on his own. Even back then.)
(+(Could have a wide set of skills.)
(-(Probably not even in the top 5 of other retro fans.)
(-(Visually similar to Z.S Samus, 'cause of the whip.)

I also speculate Ryu from Street Fighter. I realize that Ryu being a bit similar to Captain Falcon is your own opinion, but can you explain that a bit? Because I do not see any similarity whatsoever. And yeah, Scorpion would be way too graphic for Super Smash Flash 2. Can't have him running around cutting people's head off and bathing their lifeless bodies in the fires of the Netherrealm, can we?

Can someone give me an example of a Street Fighter game that was on a Nintendo system? Not that I'm doubtful, but I can't seem to think of one.

Street Fighter II for SNES. Street Fighter Alpha for GBA. Street Fighter IV for 3DS and the list goes on.
