anyway, i don't give a s*** about cutscenes or anything as long as there's still an adventure mode
hopefully an adventure mode that's more like melee's than brawl's

My favorite stage was link's underground maze, where you had to find the triforce. I hope too see something like that getting in ssb4

Maybe something related to the Mega Man stages could be implemented into SSB4's adventure mode if they do it like Melee :3 Would be cool

It's probably an incredibly great thing for no fancy cutscenes. Part of the reason Brawl took so long is because Sakurai and his team were game developers, and had to rely on others to work on the cutscenes. With more focus on the actual game, it might be a bit faster.

Not to mention the non-story based melee adventure mode was more fun and replayable anyway.

Replaying it as every character, as well. Probably as long as SSE with like ~35 characters? Still, some story elements would be nice, just to frame a story. No super complicated cutscenes or anything, just a Tabuu equivalent doing cool stuff to show why some things happen or something. In short, somewhere in between 'FIGHT THIS GUY FOR NO REASON' and 'TROPHIES TURNED REAL TRYING TO FIGHT THINGS FOR A PERFECTLY RATIONAL REASON IN AN OVERARCHING STORY.'

I wonder what are the new event matches are going to be? Also, I hope they will change target smash like melee with the unique stages for each character's personality and abilities.

Uhhh sorry. I don't know what a md5 hash is. But yea, I remember using Jigglypuff and her rest on the last event. Also, did anybody use Roy in adventure mode on normal having all 3 lives at the end towards Bowser and if you ended up with 1 life and deafeted him, he comes back as a trophy and transform into giga Bowser?

There should be more bosses based on characters in Vidya Gaymz. I still want a story, I don't need cutscenes but a story would be cool.

I dont know about you guys, but i hated Melee's adventure mode, just another mode you have to play 25 times to get everything, alongside Classic and All Star. At least SSE only needed to be played 1 time and then some to get the last of the secrets. Melee's would have been fine, if you didnt have to play it over and over so many times, which is only gonna get worse with a larger roster.
Seriously hope they dont bring an Adventure mode like Melee's back, especially if it means having to play it 40+ times this time around.
Just saying, that was the aspect i didnt like about it, i know its not necessary to get all those trophies, but seriously, who's not gonna try getting them?

I think if you play melee's modes with a completionist attitude you won't have fun. I played it casually over a long period of time and always enjoyed going back to it. That's just me though.
