Maybe move forum Suggestions

It's right underneath SSF2 atm which is what I think may cause people to report SSF2 bugs and glitches and whatever here? Maye if we move it further down people might be more inclined to go into the SSF2 section to report bugs there.

+1, also maybe edit the description of the SSF2 Section to include something like "Report all SSF2 bugs and problems here" or something like that
