Tobi wears a secret brand of gay man's cologne called "My Sharingan up the Butt". Sasuke is probably wearing something similar. Itachi is wearing some of it as well but is trying to drown it out, unsuccessfully, with some Ocean Mist. Also their juices smell distinctly like a lemon lime concotion. So yes, it smells much different then normal yaoi.
