Unfortunately all I have to show you is just one for the time being. It's still incomplete because of my poor knowledge of how light reflects, absorbs, etc. (Like most, shading isn't my specialty)

An obvious edit/recolor of Naruto to become Kai from beyblade. Instead of his outfit in the first season, or his fruity shoulder exposing outfit in V force, I decided to use him from G revolution. Most can already catch that I made his shirt and gloves blue instead of black. This was intentional to give the sprite more detail by keeping the outline, while being able to reuse existing colors. Also his scarf isn't shaded and the pants aren't shaded all that great as well.
