Possible character changes after Beta?

Will there be any major or minor changes to moves in the version after beta? Eg :captainfalcon:

's utilt meteor smashing/spiking or a complete change to a move that won't happen in beta but will for the version after it

As for small changes they could make:

's D-Air to be nerfed a bit. Seriously, it can kill most opponents at about 85-95% if sweetspotted, and it's pretty much instant kill over 105%.

Oh yes he does. Uair and Fair kill much earlier iirc. Maybe Bair too. Not to mention he gets Fire back, and Thunder kills pretty decently too.
