Erm, iirc Word Count is inherent on PHPBB3 (which is what Cleod is using, I think).

1. It's not bothering you, I hope. I mean, it's just like 1 line of size 10ish font in a rather transparent color somewhere under their name.
2. It would probably be more of a pain to remove than it "is" right now.

I don't know. Ultimately it's up to Cleod and mods and whatnot.

To me, higher post count means a higher chance of you not having a life. Unless you're a mod, or an old member.

1. That was a completely useless post. You added nothing, not even giving an opinion. This is a section where post count goes up. Coincidence? I don't think so
2. Rank? Your post count is not a rank, it's a number. Who cares how many posts you have? The only form of ranking here can be told by the colour of the Username and the IQ displayed throughout their posts

Look, kid, they don't make those spam posts with the "I WANT TO GET AS MANY POSTS AS POSSIBLE" mentality in the front of their head (at least, not all of them do), some of them are just plain retarded. Post count means nothing... I mean we don't even do the post ranks anymore. If anything it just a simple way to compare user activity to their join date is all.
