That and maybe million monkeys' gadgets. Like the Rifle Net or that huge stun club that looks like a lightsaber on steroids. It would be great if Superbot incorperated all of his gadgets he used from the games. If he's in the game. But he has a good chance.

Rival cutscene: Heihachi vs Toro

I'm not to knowledgeable about this game whatsoever and I am not going to read every post in this topic. I just bought a PS3 and I'm hoping for Sackboy, Jak, Rachet, and possibly a third party appearance from the Final Fantasy series.(Hopefully not lightening or anyone form 13, they were all emotionless assholes.)

My god... That cutscene was weak.
I was expecting at least something along the lines of a Street Fighter 4 Cutscene, Even though this is a cutscene still in progress. The camera like zooms in on each fighter back and forth. Sure: Street Fighter 4 may have done it aswell but its not as cheesy/lame as this cutscene

I saw big daddy in one of the images or videos(I don't remember) and my heart nearly stopped. I love Bioshock.

I was lucky enough to get the beta and man is it fun!

As of now I'm favorite character is Sweet Tooth he's just awesome! <3

There are only 6 characters(The original 6),4 stages(the original 4),4 items and is the pre-E3 beta.(It's online only no local players are allowed) The beta only lets you play 3 minute matches and it picks opponents at random, you can't choose who you face or see who the other players pick till you start the match.

Characters: Kratos, Parappa The Rapper, Fat Princess, Sweet Tooth, Colonel Radec, Sly Cooper
Stages: Hades, Sandover Village, Dreamscape, Metropolis
Items: Wipeout Sheild, RPG, Hedgehog Grenade, Boots of Hermes

The game feels different from Smash and it's not a bad thing, they took the Smash(4-player party fighter) style and made it their own!
You can't be expecting to play Sony Smash brothers because you will be disappointed this game is different but similar.(If that makes any sense)
The combat is extremely fast paced and makes for a very exciting battle.
The controls feel perfect and completely natural...nothing feels weird at all except at the start when you don't know how to play!
Online is basically perfect, there is no lag in matches and you find them very quickly.
There's a couple of glitches but that's to be expected in any beta.
Sounds aren't that bad but Superbot already stated they are making them even better for the final release.
Two of my favorite stage tracks are the Hades level and the Metropolis level....I'd say they are the best in the beta!
Dreamscape is an awesome level to play in and watching Buzz and the popit from LBP fight each other is hilarious! xD
The game does not get repetitive at all and I've been playing this game since the day the beta was released! xD
The automated supers are not cheap at all because you can only get max 3 kills as compared to God Kratos or Mecha Sweet Tooth where you can get an extra 2-3 more kills after 3 if you're a skilled player. Point is yeah Automated supers guarantee you 3 kills but the supers you work with are far more rewarding than the automated ones...if you know how to play.
I've had some awesome battles online with people who already know how to play and man can this game get competitive!
THE AP SYSTEM WORKS!I It's a great system guys and just proves that not every game has to follow the standard procedure of a health system like Brawl or any fighter.

Watching this game in a couple of videos by people who suck and actually playing it and getting good matches out of it are two completely different things. People really gotta stop s*** on this game because I seriously think Smash found some competition. It's not better than Smash but it's definitely on the same level. To think this is just a beta... I can't wait for the full game!

All I gotta say is Sakurai and his team better step up on the next Smash Brothers because Superbot is doing this right and All Stars is one hell of a game! This game is very fun and I keep coming back to a freaking beta lmao! xD

As for the characters, it's hard to tell if that's Nathan Hale or Evil Cole. Both are reasonable. I haven't seen anything with Lightning or Musashi, though... where did you get those 2?

EDIT: Ok, it's Evil Cole. Damnit. But who knows if this is the final roster...

Other than that the roster is alright and we are still missing around 5 more characters so yeah. There is still a lot of hope for me, regardless I'm still buying the game! xD

Again the beta is pre-E3 so maybe some of this might have changed. It's still technically rumors until Superbot confirms themselves but this just gives us an idea!

@Whoever was wondering about Snake, Snake's probably either a background feature in a stage or part of Raiden's moveset. Honestly the choice to pick Raiden over Snake is surprising to me, but it's okay in my eyes.

At any rate, if this does all come from a pre-e3 beta, it's not unrealistic to hope some things have been changed since then. We'll see, I suppose. EDIT: Regarding that, it's worth pointing out that there are no character select portraits for Nathan or Big Daddy. They aren't in the beta, from what I understand, but they aren't among the select portraits as well. Heihachi, Toro, Jak and Cole are, so why leave out the other two? Looks like evidence pointing to more content to me.

Spike? Yes please.
I don't mind DmC Dante considering there are going to be alternative costumes in the game. So it's possible he can have his old look from DMC 1-3. As for Crash and Spyro, possible unlockables or DLC. There could be more to this roster that meets the eye but, that's only my guess.
Bit dissapointed by the lack of Wander.
