What does that include ? Double Charge Shot Glitch, Charge Shot OHKO Glitch ? What about the other glitches (DK giant punch, sheik's needles) ?

Only OHKO is banned. The other charge glitches are also not banned because they are not OHKOs (DK's is a normal punch).

X Tournament Series 2015 Season Year in ReviewIntroductionWith the 2015 Season coming to a close with Ichirin on the way and Ringo next month I think it's time I wrote the year in review of the season. I don't want to say it was necessarily BAD, but it could have been better. And as such I have compiled thirteen major points across the season that stood out among the rest of the year and going into next season. The Thirteen Points- Being an odd number of events this season because it started in December 2014, instead of January 2015 kinda threw off the numbering. This played a key role in the name of X8 (Summer Bash Edition, because X7 would usually be the end event of the Summer Bash).
- I need to enforce the replay rule on a much stricter level. Most events this year are incomplete sets because people are not smart enough to save replays in Top 8.
- Satori [X10] was a colossal failure. We all know this. Of course this should never happen again because such a catastrophe is unreal to happen twice.
- There are twelve months in a year. That means next season we're starting with X1 all over again. That's why I have the Touhou character mascots.
- B I R T H D A Y R U I N E D
- Next season will be the launch of XSSv3. This is a big thing because there is no longer any tournament requirements and any tournament listed will be scored.
- The DQ/DO threshold was too low. It worked around X5/X6, but after that it kinda bit itself in the a** because 10% means that if you have an 18 player tournament you only get one dropout. This isn't much a problem for next season because of XSSv3.
- At the beginning of the year, the major tournaments were Smash Island and the X Tournament Series. Around the middle of the year we got Hypest. Over the course of the rest of the year, we have had: Thunder Edge, the TSF events, Seven Swords, Jammy's Weeklies, Super Smash Thursdays, Character Specific Tournament series, FlashFest, Shots Fired, and Crow's Nest. With the exception of SF and CN, the rest of them have been abandoned as of this post.
- Yes, all scores are being reset next year.
- As far as the X Annual is concerned: We need more people for this event. This only happens ONCE A YEAR. A TWO DAY EVENT. THAT'S ALSO A PARTY???
- I'll be able to stream Ichirin, yes. I'm still perfecting the new overlay, but as of now it's already beautiful
- The rules and conduct will be revisited for next season. How and what is still up in the air.
- *insert 13th point here*
ConclusionI pray that next year is 250% better.

I am assuming Beta will just be shoved down our throats i.e. 9b will be immediately discontinued. In other words the X Tournament Series will have to immediately migrate to Beta upon its release, despite little to very little time before an event. ----- Crow's Nest 1 is not scored due to a 25% DQ/DO rate. By extension X Qualifier: Birthday Edition is also not scored due to an 83.3% DQ/DO rate.

I certainly hope that 2016 will be great for you and X As for Thunder Edge, we are planning something big (like Jadeneck said) and December's TE never happen due to lazy scheduling

There haven't been anything recent so I assumed they were abandoned.
I would like to mention that for your tournament to be scored under XSSv3 next year it must be listed in this section. Anther's Ladder does NOT count; I don't read it.
