Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World is my favorite along with Vesperia.

Dawn of the New World:
Emil is one of my favorite Tales protagonists and Richter is a badass IMO. I liked the battle system and it played just fine. It's underrated and people seriously need to stop b**** they changed some voice actors. Get over it. Also, I started with DotNW.

Vesperia:
I like the battle system and characters, along with the story. Not much else past that.

That's the problem, if you would have played the first one first, you would have been a little irritated with the new voice actors.

Uh, you'd be surprised how many games translated into English are rather disappointing. I had to eventually pick up on some Japanese just to understand the plot (this is for all games wise, not just the Tales of Series).

Yeah. Some really dedicated people will either learn Japanese for games, or buy Japanese games and enjoy it dispite them not knowing what's going on.
Speaking of Japanese only games, I really hope that tales of xillia will come to the US. I heard it's REALLY good.

The only one I hated was Zelos's voice(Then again I was used to JPN voices)
@Red wouldn't Eternia be the best example of how one of the better games in the series gets s*** voices.

To be honest, there was no reason Guy should have been the main character. Luke was just fine as a character and in battle. People just seem to like Guy better because he plays like the other generic main characters.

Don't know why you people hate abyss. In my opinion luke's character development was great. As for the rest of the game it was a standard tales game, which I don't mind at all.
