torso is slightly better, but his left arm is still messed up, and his left leg is too big on the thigh.

update  Is the arm fixed or is it worse,and i made the thigh smaller  here is a Dormammu outline i made,didnt want to go much further because i felt things were wrong about it.

The arm is better, but now his knee cap looks like it's protruding outward. :/

The way the tip of his feet looks is weird. It looks like part of his foot was chopped off. For Dormammu BTW.
Joe's scarf looks shaded horribly and the V on his helmet needs a gray outline.

The helmet doesn't need an outline. It's on a transparent background, if you put it on another color it would stand out.

update on him again,i may or may not have fixed his knee cap.But i did change the shading on the scarf I also added a backround on this file to see the difference on the helmets.

Yeah, I'd definitely say DO NOT ADD A GREY OUTLINE. It looks pretty damn good without it. You did a great job on that head.  Just for the record though, your pectorals when they are defined will be visibly almost at your collar bone, in this sprite maybe just a few pixels away. You definitely need to make them pecs bigger. Maybe just move them up too, because the torso/ab area, while it may not need to be defined, is quite small looking. I also suggest that you make that yellowish part of the belt more centered due to the position of his torso and legs. now it looks like his belt is sideways on his body. I haven't looked at images of Joe in a while, so I'm not sure if it should be centered, but I think it should. You are doing a great job, keep it up!
