I doubt Quick Reply could be removed, it's probably hard coded in.

Yes, quick reply causes many problems and it just bothers me oh so much, it should be removed because it would totally not be a waste of time getting rid of it.

I use quick reply a lot (like right now)
Honestly, especially with my slow connection at night, it makes posting a lot easier.
Around 6 PM our connection slows down like f***, and loading the normal reply can actually take minutes depending on the severity of the issue.
While I am only one person, I believe it benefits many other people.
If it is deleted, I will be sad.
