ok i have his moveset.
Neutral b: thunder flash attack. stronger than a falcon punch with greater range but takes time to use, cant use until fully charged. shoots a giant fire beam at enemy with great damage, but little knockback until the last second.
Side b: super tordnado, spins so fast, he becomes a tornado, and rushes forward.
Down b: teleport. If enemy attacks in the frame, he teleports behind them and kicks them upward.
if insuccesful, he just teleports back to his normal spot.
Up b: teleports upward, and kicks downward, then slowly descends.

Final smash: takes off weighted training clothes.
increases speed and power majorly.

Nice Idea's but it might be difficult to make.
