I hate to be a hipster but at this rate indie games really will be the future

just play the good games already released that you haven't gotten around to yet

if you can pay $60/£40/whatever the usual price for a full game is and get everything they're offering, then sure, that's fine

but anything more than that and your "i-it's because of the filesize!!" or whatever arguments are meaningless

I'd say "forgive me for being cynical" but honestly if you're not cynical about every new game release after the past few years then you deserve everything you get

well i mean the game was huge for its time back in '97, 3 discs and such

of course we've advanced to 100gb bluray discs so there is no excuse

But guys...

It's tradition. Less than 3 disks would ruin the nostalgic experience.

in that case any game under 100gb is terrible with that logic, i now expect all my games to be bigger then mmo's now.

Complicated, its the same as downloading dlc, to be fair yeah people lack internet, hopefully they just have the game for download online as well for people who don't want to stockpile disks.
