IMO it's pretty balanced.
Both Third-Party members weren't directly anti-Town, there were two investigative roles, and there was Thomas Terminator. Well, yeah, then there was me, but I don't kow how effective I would have been anyways.

it was slightly mafia sided maybe, but pretty close to even
most key town roles started with plenty of bombs and their abilities only costed one, but they decided to stockpile anyway :I
