You can't spam it. It's not technically endlag because your hitbox is still active but the move is quite long even if you tap downB instead of holding it. It also has basically no disjoint so nearly any attack beats it out. Not to mention you have to hit someone with down special in order to activate it - that's the only way to change forms.

It beats out a lot of attacks. It's also noy very hard to SH Down-Special over and over again until it actually works.

Any advice in using Down B? I cannot land that attack.

Yeah I'm actually preferring normal Goku over Kaioken lately. I'll probably use it more when I have better control but it pretty much costs me a stock everytime I use it currently. Getting hit increasing the timer also makes it relatively dangerous. If they were looking for high risk high reward with Kaioken they got it, but on the downside it comes with far more risks than rewards in the long run.

Goku stinks quite frankly. Only good moves he has are dtilt and dair. Maybe even Kaioken but like you said, it just isn't rewarding enough.

oh boyyyyyyy

guys please put in work
kaioken is a free stock literally 100% of the time there are infinite guaranteed combos
it's hard online due to input delay but offline there's so many possibilities cmon

as for regular goku, he has tons of great moves

sideb, nspec, fthrow, bthrow, uthrow, downb, upb, ftilt, and dtilt are the ones i use most frequently.

I'm currently learning Goku just to give him some much needed love. His up special can provide really great mixups and his side special is good for approaching. I'll have to experiment more with Kaioken but yeah. I don't dare use it unless I'm a stock or so ahead as is.

I hope my body can take it.

I like to play Goku really conservative and slow, then I suddenly go for KK and go full on reckless assault. Always catches people off-guard.

I try, but it doesn't work for me. You're probably right, but I can't seem to figure him out.

Really basing my opinion off of my playstyle, sorry about that.

And to think I'm only using 1% of my powerlevel. This is how I've been playing him though.

Does Goku have a dthrow 0-death? It works on CPU's, but I'm not sure how it would work on a human.

I doubt it works on humans, but it does against a wall. So there is enough hitstun to grab, but Goku doesn't have the time to follow up.
