Nope. He just tweeted that he woke up at the Red Tower. He's got his laptop but all of the tapes from the hotel have been deleted. Looks like whoever uploaded enttry 37 also posted that "need to empty recycle bin more often" thing.

Yeah, I've noticed that in the later entries he causes distortion the same way the Slender Man does.

s*** man now I can't wait for the new entry.

Troy announced they're doing a MH Season One DVD. Doesn't cost much and apparently has quite a bit of content.
Also, April 4th is tomorrow, can't wait to see what happens.

Sure man. Sorry that it's f*** long, but it's the best I can do without missing anything plot-related.
Intro:
Jay initially posts a video labelled introduction, explaining that his friend Alex Kralie, a film student, was working on a movie about three years back called "Marble Hornets". As the filming progressed, Alex became more and more unlike himself and eventually cancelled the project, due to what he called "unworkable conditions" and explained that he was going to burn all the tapes of the movie. Jay, being a film student himself, hated for all that footage to go to waste, and he requested that instead of disposing of the Marble Hornets tapes, he take them into his own possession. Alex reluctantly gives Jay all the raw footage and moves away shortly after. Jay forgot about them, but in July 2009, came across them while doing a cleanup (or something) of his stuff, and decided to go through them to see if he could determine what was making Alex act so strangely. After finding some weird stuff, he promises to upload unusual he finds in the tapes to his youtube channel.

Entry 1-14
First 14 entries are fairly generic dark scenes depicting the holder of the camera (presumably Alex) running away from the Slender Man, or something of the sort. Most of them have audio or visual distortion, or a lack of audio at all. Something important is that one of the videos shows Alex location scouting, and finding a very old, very tall, wooden red tower. Notably, one of them was footage of Alex in his room, frantically drawing pictures of forests, and things like "SEES ME" in chicken scratch writing. A recurring image in the drawings was a circle with an X through it. If watched in what is thought to be the chronological order of the tapes, we can see Alex's response to the Slender Man change from fright to curiosity to paranoia.

The Totheark Videos
As of entry 9, a mysterious Youtube user who's name is "totheark", has started making video responses to all of the entries Jay posts. Generally under odd titles that are thought to have some significance, such as "Regards", "Operator", "Messages".

Entry 15-19 (Where the plot starts to kick in)
It's after those first In entry 15, Jay meets up with one of the actors from Marble Hornets, Tim, and asks if Tim remembers seeing a tall guy in a suit during the filming. It's a pretty weird question, and Tim says he doesn't remember. He apparently didn't even like Alex, and only knew him through one of the other actors, Brian. Shortly after 15 being posted, Jay received an anonymous tip about where he might find Brian. Entry 16 is him exploring said location (an old abandoned house. Looks to be burnt out or something) where he finds and takes home two of Alex's drawings, a small bottle of pills and some kind of bullet casing. It should be noted that he found a bloodstained sink. Then entry 17 is another tape of raw footage from Marble Hornets. Strangely enough, it features Jay himself, helping Alex with production. The creepy part is Jay doesn't remember being involved with the production of the film at all. The most notable Totheark response is made here, with "Signals", a video that heavily encourages Jay to return to the house he went to in 16. He does so, and while he is there, he finds a long white doll, reminiscent of the Slender Man. More importantly, he is attacked by a strange man wearing a white mask with black outlines around the eyes and mouth. "Masky" suddenly starts coughing and falls into a seizure, at which point the audio and visual freak out and the tape ends. Jay explains that he doesn't remember what happened after that, and woke up in his car outside, and the knife he brought with him is missing. The next totheark entry says directly to Jay that "you have been keeping secrets". In Entry 19, Jay reveals that he's started to film himself constantly, just like Alex had been towards the end of Marble Hornets production. He then shows a highly disturbing tape that was taken while Jay slept. It depicts the masked man from the house show up in Jay's bedroom, watching him sleep. After heavy distortion, both Jay and the Masky are missing from the room. Jay explains that the tape resumes normality a few hours later, at which point Jay can be seen walking back to the bed and falling asleep immediately. He has no memory of the events, or even being risen from his sleep. Jay posts a mini-entry, "19.5" which shows him examining the items he took from the house in 16. They are all exactly as they were, except the bottle of pills is now empty. Entry 20 is more footage of Jay helping Alex with production. Tim is notably in this video, and distortion occurs as the camera is pointed at him. More importantly, he is seen to have an issue with coughing a lot, and is wearing the beige jacket that masky wore in 19...

Twitter and the Red Tower tape
Jay has been posting on his twitter since entry 3, usually just to explain when a new entry was up. (However one should also note that he talked for a while about how he'd been getting quite sick lately, almost fainting a few times.)
In December 2009, Jay explained that he was going to the Red Tower seen in Alex's location scouting video to see if anything of importance was there. Turns out it was, and Jay posted a video of him climbing to the top of the tower to find a tape that was hidden up there as entry 21. Entry 22 was of course, the tape he found. It shows Alex and Seth (the cameraman from the Marble Hornets filming) exploring some sort of unknown underground location. Distortion is heavy in both audio and video. Neither of them say much as the explore, until they have a huge freakout and the footage cuts to Alex standing by himself against a blank wall. He talks about how everything is his fault, and everyone is "gone". He says "Tim is gone, Seth is gone, Jay is gone" and so on, mentioning all the crew members.

End of Season One (Entry 23-26)
23 shows Jay going back to the house, this time in broad daylight, one last time. (He was urged by totheark again). Lots of creepy s*** happens. He walks through one door and comes out the door on the opposite side of the corridor, the white doll shows up, masky is there, that (X) symbol is frequent. It's a f*** creepy experience. Towards the end, the footage cuts and Jay finds himself down in the s**** thing that Alex and Seth were exploring. After encountering with the Slender Man, Jay explains that he's had enough, and he's quitting this. He doesn't care what happened anymore.
...
And then came entry 24. It was more footage of Jay recording himself, and this time it showed him walking through a door, and literally not coming out the other side. 25 was him explaining that he'd moved to a hotel so that masky couldn't find him again like in 19, only to watch the news and learn that his apartment had been burnt down. Finally, Entry 26 was the big one. Jay explained on twitter that during March 2010, he'd received a text that simply read "41810". It was obviously a date. On that exact date, he received a package in the mail (someone knows where he's been this entire time) and within it, a video tape. The timestamp on the tape is first of april, 2010, and it shows a girl called Amy messing around with a camera she found. She goes to her boyfriend, Alex, and starts talking about how she didn't know they owned a camera. Alex suddenly freaks the hell out and starts telling her to put the camera away. Before long (at exactly 4/4/2010, 4:04 PM), Slender Man shows up in there house and much commotion is had. The tape ends with the words HELP (X).
Season Two is only about 10, fairly short videos. You can watch them yourself if you're interested. And anyway, if you really want to get into it I recommend watching it all anyway, otherwise you miss some key details.

So, Entry 38 is up.
Gets more disturbing the more I think about Alex's story. The villagers were offering criminals up for sacrifice to the Slender Man, thinking he was God.
