Surely everyone gets an error when the server gets overloaded and we can't go to the forums anymore. There should be a way to measure site traffic. It should hopefully help people know when the site is slowing down or speeding up.

I'm sure SOPA has nothing to do with the site traffic.
Before SOPA, this has been happening.
It happens to me when I try to look at a lot of unread posts.

Yes SOPA would put a temporary hold on SSF2, and possibly the site, but it has absolutely nothing to do in the slightest with the bugginess of the forums lately. That just has to do with intense and frequent traffic.
