Am I the only person who thinks there should be a separate tier list for offline play? It's evident that some characters struggle with online more than offline. (I'm looking at you Falcon and Bomberman.)

Even though offline potential is visibly high, there isn't a wide offline scene to make an accuracy list.

Then again, that hasn't stop us from making tier-lists before. And the judgement has always been accurate to the current meta, as well as character potential.

We could always try querying emmdash. Apparently he runs a very popular offline tournament series called SIF.

There are virtually zero ways for me to actually contact him, due to his community being 99.99999% offline-based. Our only hope is through Challonge.

Well, supposedly he has a tournament going on right now, but based on the current results in doesn't look like much has gotten done in the past few hours the tournament has been going on for. As in, the tournament has been going on for about 4 hours but they aren't even past the first round of their group brackets. Investigating on challonge it looks like he uses CDT, so you might be out of luck on the West Coast .
