Maybe the recent guy you fought got salty or something and tried to intentionally log-in as you so this would happen. There were some salty people in 0.9b doing this to several players including me.

^ that's based off of IP now, so that's not gonna lock you out of your account it's gonna stop the person trying to do that from logging in
