She's got the lyre, though. And then where would Makar be? Wind Waker Link? I think flourish magic wind fits Zelda better as a character, though.

She's been plenty associated with Zelda's Lullaby in OoT. Of course, the actual act of playing an instrument is a different thing. I really hope that the Happy Mask Salesman becomes a playable character.

Skull Kid (poison dart, curses)
Mikau (guitar)
Tingle (ruppee blaster, balloons)
Ganondorf (sword of sages, dual wield, trident)
Happy Mask Salesman (masks)
Phantom Ganon (spear, phatom sword of sages)
Alfonzo (train-themed steampunk sword, special attack involves Alfonzo driving a train into enemies)
Linebeck (boat-themed weaponry, phantom hourglass)
Dark Link (dark master sword)
Groose (the Groosinator, special attack involves Loftwings)
Malon&Epona (pitchforks and horseback based gameplay)
Nabooru (dual wield scimitars, mirror shield&light-based magic)
Din (dancing and fire based magic)
