Rules:
4 stocks, 8 minutes
Best of 3 (Except for Winners/Losers/Grand Finals which are Bo5)
No items unless both players agree on using them

Final Destination/Nintendo 3DS ( Hazards OFF) - Can be stricken at once
Pokemon Stadium 3
Smashville
Yoshi's Story

Counterpick-
All Neutral Stages
Jungle Hijinx/Castle Siege (Hazards OFF (Castle Siege Hazards ON is available)) - JH, CS, and CS Hazards On can be stricken at once.
Dreamland
Sky Sanctuary Zone (Hazards OFF)
Tower of Salvation (Hazards OFF)
Mirror Chamber (Hazards OFF)

Gentlemen's Clause: Any stage can picked, if both players agree upon it
Gentlemen's Agreement or Striking, player's choice

Sudden Death Clause: If a match ends in a SUDDEN DEATH, a 1 stock, 2 minute match will be played instead

Replay Clause: Replays of Top 8/Top 4 MUST be saved. If replays are not saved, sets might have to be replayed

Yawn Clause: Stalling is banned. Stalling is: "Any action in which the player deliberately avoids any fighting confrontations to make the game unplayable for more than 30 seconds (i.e. excessive camping on a ledge, or running around the stage evasively.)". If you think the opponent was stalling, but they disagree, send me the replay (Running away from a player with Respawn Invincibility doesn't count)

Taking You Down With Me! Clause: If a player performs a suicide move while both players have 1 stock, the winner is the performer of the move.

Lag/Disconnection rules:
In the match is SO laggy that it is impossible to play and/or disconnects, the match will be restarted with 1 stock, and 2 minutes unless there was a clear winner.

I'm Ready! Clause: If players do not show up for their matches within 10 minutes of the match being created, they will lose the set.
