Would this be allowed or no?

We had a thread for Brawl Hacking once. It doesn't exist anymore, iirc for legal reasons, so I'm thinking that this suggestion will be declined.

But that must've been a longer time ago. And since Brawl Hacking is more trustworthy and worth it, I have a feeling this may be accepted.

Wrong. It doesn't exist because we have a topic for Smash Bros. in general now.

You mean stuff like romhacks, OP? They'll be fine as long as you're not actually distributing ROMs or anything.

What type of hacks in particular were you interested in? Was it just Brawl hacks?

Yes Brawl hacks, but then that got me thinking on what others hacks could work.

(Example: Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii)

And I was thinking different hacks could get their own topics.

Example:

[Brawl] Project M
[Brawl] Reality 64
[PKMN:Red/Blue] Pokemon Ash Gray
[MK: Wii] Custom Mario Kart

Or games get their own hacking topic.

[Wii] Super Smash Bros. Brawl

(I personally prefer Different hacks get their own topics.)

I think you can just talk about them in the respective threads. First two go in general smash bros, third in pokemon and fourth in mario kart.

Ok then, yes please do that. If it is going to be related to mainstream game hacks like the ones you mentioned, you can weave it into the discussion. But for in-depth discussion on game hacks, this isn't really the best web site for that.
