tbh I can see why people are getting kind of upset about it
I know there's a thing going on in Dubai and all or something but they should've realized it would upset a lot of people to reveal him on this particular day Just seems tasteless. Should've just done it tomorrow or yesterday instead |

The only thing tasteless is the comments and sick jokes people have made about the character in relation to middle eastern culture. I get that for you americans (and of course others who lost loved ones on this day) this is a day of remembrance but it's not like you guys'd give a hoot if this character was confirmed on Dutch remembrance day or German remembrance day or so forth.

As a Dutch and a British man who was in Europe while it happened I find it stupid how people are saying "It was a poor choice to confirm a middle eastern fighter on 9/11" while at the same time making tasteless, offensive jokes towards the character and culture he represents.

ANYWAY, his playstyle seems hella cool and he looks like a character I'd main. IIRC they confirmed the tornado wall as his V-Skill. I couldn't help but think of Cody's Criminal Upper though. If Cody gets in I wonder if his V-Skill/Trigger will have to do with his SFIV knife mechanic.
