Apparently, SEGA is trying to sue Level-5 out of 11 million dollars on a soccer game for using probably the most common DS control mechanic of all time: Moving characters using the stylus or your fingers. Seriously... I'm not joking. Click on the source and see for yourself |

So how many other games used this mechanic again? Like 73% or so? Still, got to wonder why sega is being an all around jackass at the moment.
