Make the hitbox much larger, reduce the endlag, and make it so it's sorta like a mid-charged current Rasengan in terms of animation and hitbox properties, and you could have a very cool move.

the clone does take up half the f*** stage, it's not like snake's mine which is like one kirby length.
and I don't think naruto does need it to be successful. he has tons of other options.

This is useless, but Naruto can glitch out Rasengan charge. First, charge it up almost. Secondly, use that in the air as a mega-ton Rasengan bolt, no full charge. It'll only take a second to charge next time.

Sheik can do this too, but I don't know how.

Agreed like Goku kamehameha. I also think his down b in the air is something we are looking past.

Wouldn't that make Rasengan essentially useless? Kamehameha is useful in the early charge stages, but do you really think anyone will be able to land Rasengan with that nerf?

IMO, just change the move to a normal move without charging.

That's a pretty far cry from useless. While not as busted as Rasenshuriken, "full" charge Rasengan is fairly powerful by itself. It's a situational technique, sure, but if you get to land one of those and score a Rasenshuriken nigh-instantly afterwards, I would say it has its place.

On another note, I do agree that Rasengan should be changed to a non-charge move. But hey, we've had that conversation before. : P

A move that has more startup than Falcon Punch, less of a hitbox, and lower knockback is pretty useless to me.

It might be if the character in question also had Falcon Punch, but this character doesn't, so it isn't. I'm not saying it's amazing, but it's definitely not useless.

Pretty slick, dude. I like it. Stuff like this is one of the many reasons that Rasenshuriken is lame. It takes the spotlight away from one of the neatest moves in the game!

lol more on what TCS said, Naruto can do the Samus thing. Just try it out. Make sure you don't use rasengan on the ground when you want to use it. It does one shot but you don't get the stun and range and timing doesn't make it easy to land in game. I've been trying to do it online with not much luck :/

Hey why not make his side-b lay a clone on the floor oh and make it so naruto can lay multiple down yea that would totally balance naruto hell he'd be as balanced as mario.
