Stop it. Never give up. When Im at my 'limit', I do this. Think about something you love. Something you can always remember or think about when times get rough. Usually when I feel like tasting my rifle I think about my MMA buddies or my best friend because then I think about the people who love me and care about me. They are all great guys and thinking about taking my life away makes me think about how much I would miss them and how much they would miss me. Dig yourself out of your grave with something you love to do or someone you love to see. It really does help, even when I feel that times are hard and that I feel hopeless and worthless, kinda like I don't matter, that I'm just wasting time. Of course you can't dig yourself out without the help of family, friends, and professionals. You're not alone. And maybe I'm rambling but I really feel like something I say one day could make a difference. I'm not really good at this kind of thing but any help is help. Do well man. Umm
Ps. Just to put this out there, I really like the company of another male. I think about intimacy with other males a lot. Kinda makes me feel like a female. But I'm sexually straight. I don't know if that makes me gay or not. Or bi? Recently I've let my sexuality kind of take its own path instead of me trying to control it. It really releases stress. That works for me at least. 'Being myself'. _________________
