You can't sprite so don't try.
For advice I think you should try and edit JUS sprites possibly mixing and matching parts--
You have no set style so it would be a good start

EDIT: This isn't finished, for 5 reasons
1. i don't know how to make skin colour
2. i don't know what style i should make it
3. The shading's poor, need help on that.
4. he has no hands
5. I need to make it smaller, but I don't know what size it should be. Advice?
