I think it's because in his 3d model he is standing back to camera, and in SSF2 the characters are looking into right side and their left side is just mirrored.

I noticed tipper uair taking stocks at odd percentages. I remember I star KO'd a jigg at 90% from a little above the second height platform of battle field.
Also using shield breaker while doing a forward jump seems to transfer momentum sending marth pretty far out. I noticed this while edge guarding and I would have to scramble to make it back

I think it was because Marth was rushed a bit. If you saw the Apex 2014 livestream, he had his back turned there too. Guess they never got around to fixing it I dunno though, it may or not have been intentional. I think Cleod's team would've rather had him face the camera to look nicer, but I'm not sure anymore.

I love doing this. Another thing I found in Turbo Mode is that mashing his F-air is still as fast as in Melee.

Someone needs to make a gif revolving around that recovery.

Marth in Turbo Mode is so amazing. This is becoming my hobby.

Anyone else disappointed that marth can't get tipper fsmash on the platform above him like he can in Melee (on certain stages)? There are some stages he can hit through in this way and on those he can get tippers with (really) good spacing. That usually means you need to be a little bit to the side so that you hit on around a 60 degree angle. If only it was as easy as on Yoshi's Story on Melee... Actually I've looked and based on the sprites it looks like he should be able to hit but it doesn't. :\
I like that tipper bair is a kill move. Marth needs kill moves.
In regards to an alleged fthrow chaingrab on a lot of the cast, I think it can be Di'd out of. In any case, I don't think it becomes that strong until someone figures out how to do run off dair spike right out of the chaingrab (comepare to falco's dthrow CG -> spike in brawl).
EDIT: Btw, his jab is actually really bad. If you use this against Zelda, she gets an instant sweetspot fair.

Considering the fact that marth is like twice as good as he was in any of the console versions, I can't use that word at all in terms of him. all of marths aerials kill @ sweetspot, and if you space his jab It's borderline broken, the tippered second hit sets you up for any possible followup and if the opponent DI in on the first hit you can use dancing blade... (which is amazing in this game for some reason) ...he's so good, I don't even wanna main him anymore. lol

Well, I'm in no way disappointed in the character as whole, I'm trying to convey the meaning I feel in-game when smash reflexes take over and I try to fsmash someone on the plat above me and he doesn't hit them at all (and it looks so close, try it you'll see). The dancing blade seems to be really good, it quickly flows into any of Marth's tilts/etc after the first hit. I haven't tinkered with it much tho.
