So, motion blur isn't necessarily blurring, but showing an effect for a swinging sword, or when there are action lines to show a character's punch? Because I can do that... |

right......altho photoshop is not the best choise, do it! i can't make a freakin motion blur properly without photoshop <(-_-(<
