But there is nothing illegal about the emulator or the operating system it's on. It's the ROMs that are illegal. Just because they have the algorithm to run software doesnt make it illegal. Windows runs Wine which is Linux which can run emulators which can play ROMs. Does that make Windows illegal? Does that make Wine illegal? Does that make Linux illegal? DVD players can play DVDRs. Some DVDRs are illegal DVDs. Does that make DVDRs or DVD players illegal? You need to think about these things.

Dude I know my stuff. ROMs are pirated games which violate Copyright. ISOs are the same. Emulators contain no copyrighted code or stolen code and doesn't even contain the password to access the BIOSs in the ROMs. IT IS 100% LEGAL. Plus; HBC isn't illegal either. It's just like Windows. It sits there; whatever you give it, it runs. That doesn't make XP or Mac illegal. Don't argue with me, I know what I'm talking about, OK? If HBC was illegal (or Twilight Hack) don't yout think they would have gotten a seize & desist?

IFyou check the rom policies of different companies. It states that for some companies roms are not illegal for people who have bought the game already and believe they are entitled to a second copy.. :3
