Also, I just got Army of One for Claire and holy s***, it's amazing.
Haste + Army of One + Axis Blade = Extreme beatdown forever.

Also add equip combinations that grant the random instachain ability it works well with Army of One and Cold watever for Sazh.

Hope Com/Rav/Syn - Lightning Com/Rav - Vanielle Rav/Sab
Medic on all of them also. Hope is a really, really good Commando believe it or not. Not so much on the damage front (unless you spend time leveling up his boomerang, which pays off really well) he's good at maintaining constant stagger consistency.
I found this combination to be really safe and effective.
