Iran has made it quite clear what it intends to do to Israel. They've never said anything about China, but Israel and Iran have had a very long history of violence. Their goal isn't to simply slaughter a s*** of people. If anyone's going to be at the receiving end of an Iranian nuke, it's Israel. But if Israel f*** up Iran in retaliation... I think we'd see a massive domino effect.

If Iran feel that they can develop fusion power, let them. While it may simply be a cover-up, prying will just make matters worse than they already are. Western nations should keep their fingers out of this pie for the time being.

The UN can also demand insight, as they have any right to it. Furthermore, I am sure some of the Sunni nations surrounding Iran are also worried by the possibility. So I think there'll be pressure on Iran anyway.



... What? Though I suppose they'd sooner bomb Tel Aviv than Jerusalem, but if they would throw a hydrogen bomb on Jerusalem, they would certainly destroy the Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa Mosque. I'm not sure how much the Iranian Shi'ites in power care for those, though.

I'm also not sure if an H-bomb dropped on Tel Aviv could cause serious destruction to Jerusalem.

Nuking Jerusalem =/= Nuking Israel
