Haingi just blocks it with his sword's wooden and plastic hilt, but some of the electricity travels through and hits his arm, temporarily paralyzing it. He immediately drops his sword, but dives down and grabs it before it slides off the platform. Once again, he stabs it into floor, but this time with his left hand instead of his right. He runs opposite Pug and rubs his arm, trying to get the circulation back.

Pug fires a small jolt of energy at Haingi before slipping.

Haingi ducks under it, but it goes right over him and even slices part of his collar.

Pug fires another lightning bolt, a tad stronger this time.

Haingi wasn't suspecting this, and was hit in the shoulder. This time his arm was paralyzed, and it hurt, too. He fell back and tried to do a handstand, already forgetting about his paralyzed arm. Instead, he only got up on one arm and quickly lost has balance, falling on his side. He reached for Uchiwa with his good hand, grabbing it by the handle and pulling himself up, then pulling it out and rushing toward the still-fallen Pug.

Pug slided on his stomach towards haingi's feet really fast, aiming to trip him.

Haingi quickly jumps over Pug, landing behind him and quickly spinning to continue chasing him, this time from behind. He charges another small Cero, this time not even trying to hide it. He quickly chucks it down in front of Pug, hoping that he slides into it.

Pug is caught by surprise, and flies back 10 feet. He steadies himself, the begins charging a small energy ball.

Haingi takes a chance, and runs to the very edge of the platform opposite Pug, almost stepping off the platform completely by accident.

*OoC: alright, i'll give you all the specifics on the platform right now so nobody gets more confused about it. it's 100ft squared and made of a thin, hardened ceramic that's been covered in a very, very thin layer of soap to make it pretty slick. currently, it's also underwater about an inch due to multiple holes in the platform that allowed water to seep through. it's also very prone to tipping and making people slide off. it can get up to a 45-degree angle depending on the position and the weight of the fighters... i think that's it.

Pug takes advantage of the little water on the stage and throws his energy ball at it, electrifying it.

Haingi wasn't expecting this and got shocked, though the current was weakened due to Haingi's wooden sandals. He was stunned, both because he had been shocked and because of the fact that he had no clue what Pug was going to do next, so Haingi was completely unprepared for whatever would happen next.
