Have Goku permanently turn Ultra Instinct if he uses his Down-B, giving him infinite jumps, a Kamehameha that charges in 1 frame, and infinite teleports and ki blasts.

when Rayman uses his Lockjaw, replace the sound effect with scorpion's (from mortal kombat) "GET OVER HERE" line

Add Wario's "GO" sfx to every move of his, the more damaging, the higher the pitch. Except up throw and f-air. Those get his "Wah" sfx. Just one Wah.
Cue Wario ripping a** and letting out the tiniest Wah. As for Black Mage: When grabbing, TF2's Demoman "Don't fret, boyo. I'll be gentle!" And for his charged attacks, "Wot magic is this?". Change Ryu's voice clips to Ryo Sakazaki (from Art Of Fighting) for example: whenever Ryu performs the hadouken, he will instead yell "Ko-Ou ken!".
