Pac-Man is liked BECAUSE of his simplicity really. I personally had a rather fond childhood with the Yellow Ball. Before Mario or any of that. ...If there was any other Namco character I would want to see, it would be Mr. Driller, Though that easily won't happen since he's not well known. He's much better known than whoever the hell "Llyoid" is, that's for sure. But that's just my opinion. Besides Character Expansions are planned ((Not Comfirmed)) so everything is okay really, I suppose.

It's kinda just me being tired of those who keep complaining about why "Klonoa and Llyoid should be in SSB4!!!11oneone". Because when you have a choice between the first video game hero ever conceived and a few more obscure characters for the sake of hipster appeal, you should totally go for hipster appeal. I agree Pac-Man should be in the game, but that doesn't mean he is the only priority in the whole roster and other newcomers aren't welcome.

I want Mr. Driller to be in smash, But guess what: He's not well known. I don't go around shoving it in Sakurai's face though unlike everyone else. I don't think he would be bad or anything, but good god, Characters need to be well known to get into a game like Smash Bros, which is about Icons.
